Sentinel Management Company is requesting a Conditional Use Permit in order to allow drive-thru facilities at a new Wells Fargo branch as part of a redevelopment project. The current address is 8240 Golden Valley Drive, but it will become 600 Wisconsin Avenue N upon the recording of a new plat. An existing vacant office building will be demolished to allow for the construction of the new building.
